“A very valuable morning, I felt many emotions”

On Wednesday 9th March 2022, the National Literacy Agency welcomed the Spiritual Development in Schools team to deliver a training session about prayer spaces to the Heads of the Department for Literacy and other NLA personnel.

As soon as Pope Francis’ visit was over, the Spiritual Development in Schools and the Prayer Spaces Teams organized a webinar for educators in State and Independent schools on the 11th of April 2022. On Sunday 3rd April 2022, a group of Form 4 (Year 10) students at St. Margaret’s College Secondary School Verdala, were offered the opportunity to participate in the Pope’s Holy Mass celebration held at the Granaries in Floriana, Malta. Students were accompanied by the Senior Religion teacher Martin Azzopardi sdc and LSE Mr Robert Axisa. An inspiring webinar about Lent at Home
