During this prayer space one is given time to reflect on one’s emotions through writing or drawing and prayer.

Equipment: emotions' images, emojis, popsicle sticks, jar for every image/emotion, crayons, pencils, pens

  • Look at the pictures on the jars.
  • Take a popsicle stick and place it in the jar showing the picture of how are you feeling right now.
  • From the box pick up the same emoji you chose (that shows how you are feeling) and on the “my emotions  notepad” draw or write something about your thoughts.
  • Talk to God about your feelings.
