St Martin’s Bag is a tradition that reminds us of the charity shown by St Martin of Tours, whose feast is on November 11th. Children are given a colourful cloth bag containing an apple, an orange, a tangerine, a pomegranate, a variety of nuts, figs and some sweets.

  • Think of good, fruitful deeds you can do daily, such as being kind, charitable, generous, patient and helpful.
  • On the bag template, draw or write down 3 fruitful deeds you intend to do in the coming weeks.
  • Pray to God to help you do these deeds for others.
