Instructions

Do you remember listening to a message from a renowned personality that struck you and you kept on thinking about it? And maybe you forwarded the message to others. Or when you discussed a problem with someone and accepted the advice he gave you? When one knows to be silent, he is able to listen and thus strengthen his elements of being attentive, of his presence and of understanding that it is for his own good that sometimes he feels uncomfortable. Hearing is one of the senses that involves the process of listening and is a gift from God.

  • Find a quiet corner and sit down
  • Cover your eyes with a piece of cloth and spend some time listening to sounds that surround you
  • Take off the cloth
  • On the ear template make a list of the sounds you’ve heard
  • At the bottom of the ear template write the message God is sending you through these sounds.
