- The students will be able to explain how God helps us to deal with stress and to face the future with positivity and courage.

Introduction
(Slide 1-2) The animator starts by referring to the word stress on slide 2. Before you click the mouse to show the animations with keywords about factors that trigger stress in youths, let the students answer the question: what causes you stress? Why?

Step 1
(Slide 3) The animator discusses how we can take care of ourselves by asking:
- How do you deal with stress?
- What can you do to manage stress?
- How can time management help me to manage stress?
Learn life balance, study-work-rest-pray, do not waste time or procrastinate, be organized and flexible
- What can I do to live a healthy life?
Healthy eating, getting enough sleep, exercise, and relaxation, living free from addictions, having positive screen time, and work-life balance
- Why are positive relationships important?
Social life, self-esteem, managing peer pressure, having healthy interaction with friends, becoming more confident, learning to deal with conflict, forgiving and asking for forgiveness
- Why is it healthy to look for guidance and help with difficulties?
Adults such as teachers, counsellors, guidance teachers, religious counsellors can support you through personal trauma, difficulties with family, friends, and relationships, forgiveness and healing the past, finding God in your life, dealing with anxiety, depression, or taking care of your mental health, finding God in your life,

Step 3
The animator explains that Our Lady, who is venerated not by Christians only but also by many other religions such as Islam, is a lady of peace and can help us in our life through her example to follow Jesus and prayer. Refer to the Bible quote John 2:5. In the wedding in Cana, she told the servants: “Do whatever he tells you.”
