We put things into bubble wrap out of worry that they could break. In the Bible, we are told not to worry, but to pray about everything – to tell God what we need and to thank Him for what He has already done for us. In exchange for our worry, He gives us peace.

  • Take a piece of bubble wrap whilst thinking about your worries.
  • If you want to give those worries to God, pop a bubble or two!
  • Tell God your needs, then you can leave the bubble wrap and worries behind – thank God!

Aħna npoġġu l-affarijiet fil-bubble wrap għax ninkwetaw li jistgħu jinkisru. Fil-Bibbja nisimgħu li m’għandniex ninkwetaw, imma nitolbu dwar kollox – biex nuru lil Alla dak xi jkollna bżonn u nirringrazzjawh għal dak li diġa għamel magħna. Minflok l-inkwiet, Alla jagħtina s-sliem.

  • Ħu biċċa bubble wrap waqt li taħseb fuq dak li qed jinkwetak.
  • Jekk trid toffri l-inkwiet tiegħek lil Alla – ifqa’ bużżieqa jew tnejn!
  • Għid lil Alla bil-bżonnijiet tiegħek, imbagħad tista’ tħalli l-bubble wrap u l-inkwiet warajk – nirringrazzjaw lil Alla!
