  • Place the heavy objects which represent your worries in the rucksack or bag.
  • Lift the bag up or place the rucksack on your back.
  • As you do so, think about the problems, situations or worries which you have at the moment.
  • Place the bag or rucksack on the floor and imagine you are putting your worries aside.
