Instructions

Sometimes our worries feel big and ‘heavy’ and when they do, it is good to talk with a trusted adult.

  • Think about something that is worrying you and write it on one of the cardboard weights.
  • Now weightlift your worry as an act of prayer, asking God to give you strength and guidance when facing your worries.
  • Place the worrying weight onto the rod.
