Instructions

Seeing her son suffer and die was a big heartbreak for Mary.  Can you think of someone whose heart is broken?  Ask yourself, what can you do to help heal the broken heart?

  • Take a plaster strip, and on it, write your initials and the initials of the wounded person.
  • Stick the plaster to the wounded heart; if you want, you can pray for the person whose heart is broken.
