Instructions
Being humble means appreciating your own and other people’s good qualities and talents and using them to help others.
- Relax and look at your face in the pocket mirror. How does this make you feel?
- Write down your good qualities, talents, or abilities on a blank piece of paper. Maybe you are good at taking care of young children, a good listener, or a helpful person.
- When you think of a good quality, talent or ability, sprinkle some glitter into the water bowl.
- While sprinkling the glitter, you can show your gratitude to God for yourself and pray that you will always use your talents and abilities to help others.
