Sometimes people do and say things to hurt us on purpose. Sometimes they do not mean it, but it hurts anyway. Holding onto hurts is not good for us.  Forgiveness is hard but we do our best to forgive because to love is to forgive.

  • Pick up a tablet and hold it in your hands.
  • Think about those hurt feelings and about the person who hurt you.
  • If you want to forgive the person who hurt you, drop the tablet into the water.
  • As you watch the tablet dissolve, forgive and pray for the person who hurt.
