Everyone has fears, like being afraid of the dark, heights, being alone, strangers, loud noises or thunderstorms. Sometimes, we fear being different, we fear making mistakes, we fear not being liked, we fear not fitting in a group or we fear not being good enough. What are your fears?

  • At the base of the hill, think about one fear that you have.
  • Start climbing the hill and pray to God for courage and confidence.
  • Midway up the hill, pray to God to remind you that you are not alone.
  • At the top of the hill, thank God for he is always by your side overcoming any  fear.

Kulħadd għandu l-biżgħat, bħal meta nibżgħu mid-dlam, mill-għoli, li nkunu waħedna, mill-barranin, mill-istorbju jew mir-ragħad. Xi drabi nibżgħu nkunu differenti minn ħaddieħor, nibżgħu li niżbaljaw, li ma nintgħoġbux, li ma nkunux parti minn grupp jew nibżgħu li m’aħnix tajbin biżżejjed. X’inhuma l-biżgħat tiegħek?

  • Fil-bażi tat-telgħa, aħseb dwar xi ħaġa li inti tibża’ minnha.
  • Ibda tiela’ t-telgħa u itlob l’Alla għall-kuraġġ u l-kunfidenza.
  • F’nofs it-telgħa, itlob l’Alla jfakkrek li m’intix waħdek.
  • Fil-quċċatta tat-telgħa, irringrazzja l’Alla li jinsab dejjem miegħek tegħleb kull biża’.
