REFLECTION
International Day for the Abolition of Slavery
The focus of this day is on eradicating contemporary forms of slavery, such as trafficking in persons, sexual exploitation, forced marriages and forced recruitment of children for use in armed conflict.

ACTIVITY
Let us think of the millions of people worldwide who are victims of modern slavery and pray for them.

PRAYER
Dear God, heal the broken-hearted and bind up the wounds; please bring liberty and freedom to all whose lives are entangled in slavery and trafficking in our world today.
