Instructions

The Olympic rings represent the five continents, and the colours represent the national flags of every country participating in the Olympic games. The interlocking of rings signifies the desire that we are all united through our different relationships. Write or draw a prayer to God:

  • In the blue ring, pray for your family.
  • In the black ring, pray for your friends.
  • In the red ring, pray for your local community.
  • In the yellow ring, pray for your country.
  • In the green ring, pray for yourself.

  • Colour each ring with the colours as you say (or after) these prayers.
