Introduction
A mission means that one uses his abilities as much as he can to make others happy.
Reflection
We are all invited to be responsible and helpful students in all the ways we can. This is our mission as young children. We are to think about our wishes and dreams and to reach our goals by doing everything our educators ask us, carefully. It is really important to take care of ourselves.
Activity
Building Values
Equipment – Any objects like lego, wooden blocks, foam blocks, toilet or kitchen rolls etc.
In turn, children work together to build a tower while mentioning good values and things they can do to create a warm harmony between them. Through this, children learn also that if it falls, it is ok to start again, and to celebrate when the tower building is accomplished.
Song
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!
Prayer
O Lord teach us to use all our senses to do our best to help others to make all our dreams come true. Amen.
Introduction
What is our mission? Our mission as students is that through our ethical attitudes, studying and achievements we share good values with our school community, enhance the qood qualities in others, and to make alive the school ethos.
Reflection
We, students, are the world’s most valuable resource and the best hope for the future. It is essential that to continue building a strong world, we are to be inspired to be creative, fun-filled with opportunities, resilient, respectful, always ready to learn, responsible, reflective, have good relationships with others. It is important also to take care of our health and to be always happy.
Activity
Hot Seat Game
Split your class/group into two teams and have them sit together in teams facing the whiteboard or interactive board. Then take an empty chair—one for each team—and put it at the front of the class, facing the team members. These chairs are the “hot seats.” Choose one volunteer from each team to come up and sit in the “hot seat,” facing their teammates with their back to the board. One team at a time.
Prepare two words that describe the mission of the students’ ex. sharing, helping, understanding, listening, gratitude etc… Write the words clearly on the board, one by one.
A student from each team tries to mime the word and the student on the hot seat guesses the word. Throughout this month the students make a craft using this word to decorate and create their classrooms.

Introduction
Animator: Good morning/afternoon, dear Students! Welcome to today’s reflection on living love through our mission. As followers of Christ, we are called to be active participants in God’s mission of love and mercy in the world. Today, we will explore the transformative power of embracing our mission and how it can shape our lives and relationships.
Video Clip
The animator tells the students to watch this short video clip entitled:
“Life” – A Silent, Smart & Simple Short Film!
Animator: Wasn’t that an inspiring video? It reminds us that each one of us has a unique role to play in God’s mission of love. Now, let’s take a moment to reflect on what we have just seen and discuss how we can live out our mission of love in our own lives.
Reflection
Animator: The Bible teaches us that we are called to be ambassadors of Christ, sharing His love and message of salvation with the world. In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus says:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
These words remind us that our mission is not confined to the walls of the church but extends to every aspect of our lives. We are called to be living examples of God’s love, spreading His light and compassion wherever we go.
The animator invites students to think about a time when they felt a deep sense of purpose and fulfillment in carrying out a mission of love.
How did it impact your own life and the lives of others?
The animator pauses for students’ participation.
Animator: Embracing our mission requires courage, faith, and a willingness to step out of our comfort zones. It involves using our unique gifts and talents to serve others and make a positive difference in the world.
Activity
The animator asks these questions for students’ participation:
How can we discover our unique mission of love? What steps can we take to discern God’s calling in our lives?
What are some practical ways we can live out our mission of love in our schools, families, and communities?
Are there any saints or biblical figures who inspire you with their example of living out their mission? How does their example challenge you to embrace your own mission of love?
The animator invites the students to take a moment to discuss these questions with their friends or write down their thoughts for personal reflection
The animator pauses for students’ participation.
Prayer
Animator: Let us now gather our thoughts and turn our hearts to God in prayer.
Dear God, help us to discover the unique gifts and talents you have given us, and to use them to make a positive impact in the world as we continue our journey of loving through our mission.
In the name of Jesus Christ, our Saviour and example, we pray. Amen.
Animator: Thank you, everyone, for joining us today in this reflection on living love through our mission. May we embrace our unique calling and live out our mission of love with joy and purpose. Have a blessed day!
