All Saints Day activities in some schools

All Hallows Mass celebrated by Fr Alfred with the help of religion teachers Ms C. Attard and Ms M. Muscat. The mass was celebrated as a festive way to celebrate our dead beginning from 31st October till All Souls’ Day (2nd November). It’s a happy feast where we are all called to be saints.

Prayer Spaces at St Ġorġ Preca College Hamrun Secondary School

“90 minutes of praying without even noticing the time passing”

Leaders of the Mary’s Angels Choir, Ħ’Attard, recently organised prayer activities and prayed on: Card box home, Being Thankful, SMS Him, Leave your mark, Mirrors and  Hands Written. There were prayerful moments in front of the Blessed Sacrament.

Leaders said they were very grateful for each other as they planned, set up and ran prayer spaces together. They thanked each other for making this prayer activity come true and said:

“We spent ninety minutes of prayer with children without even noticing the time passing.”

“Thanks be to God.”

Prayer Spaces during Notte Bianca 2019

For one special night every October, Notte Bianca lights up the Valletta cityscape with a spectacular celebration that is open to the public free of charge.
