The session which takes about 2 hours includes:

  • Introductory activity to help the educators get to know each other better.
  • Prayer Spaces.
  • Time to reflect.

Through simple prayer experiences, guided reflection, and moments of silence, Soul Space helps you reconnect with what truly matters. It offers time to step back from constant demands and regain inner balance. Many educators value having the freedom to engage at their own pace, to sit quietly, or to share if they wish. This sense of safety and respect is central to the experience.
