Instructions

 Sometimes we feel that our worries are out of control and may have impact on our lives. It helps us not to feel ashamed and talk openly about them to an adult you trust.

  • Think about something that is worrying you and write it on one of the cardboard weights.
  • Now weightlift your worry as an act of prayer, asking God to give you strength and guidance when facing your worries.
  • Place the worrying weight onto the rod.
