Instructions

Have you ever asked your parents or tried to searching the meaning of your name? On 12th of September, we celebrate the blessed name of Mary. The name of Mary means beloved. Mary was chosen for an important mission – that of giving birth to the Son of God, and that is why she was beloved and chosen by God.

  • On a plain paper, write your name vertically on the left-hand side. Look at your name and reflect on yourself.
  • Think of each letter and try to come up with a positive adjective which describes you that starts with that same letter. If you get stuck, ask your family and friends, as maybe they notice positive things in you that you never noticed.
  • Decorate the paper with colours and stickers, and put it somewhere where you see it every day.
  • Give thanks to God for all the beautiful characteristics he blessed you with.
