Equipment: A sports mat or towel, sports equipment of your choice for example tennis racket, ball, resistance bands, weights, skipping rope, punching bag and punching gloves etc.

Instructions

Physical exercise keeps your body and mind healthy by burning energy, lowering stress and making you self-confident. It also helps you to pray better because it improves your breathing, concentration, self-control and determination.

  • Warm-up: Walk, jog on the spot, do shoulder rows and knee lifts slowly. Breathe deeply while you thank God for being alive and healthy.
  • Main workout: Choose your favourite sports equipment or do push-ups, lunges, squats and other exercises. Ask God to be with you in your daily activities.
  • Cooling down: Lie down on your sports mat or towel. Breathe deeply in and out. Do a bending and stretching exercise. Praise God for your wonderful body. Relax and feel safe in His hands.
