Instructions

George Cross

The George Cross is a medal given to the people of Malta for their bravery when they faced danger, hunger and attacks during the Second World War. Today, we can be brave too, not by fighting, but by choosing to use our time wisely, especially when it comes to mobile phones, video games, and social media.

  • Think about the time you spend on your phone, tablet and social media.
  • Look at the images and think about what you can do instead.
  • Write your name on the badge and ask God to help you be brave and use your time well.

Il-George Cross

Il-George Cross huwa salib mogħti lill-poplu ta’ Malta għall-kuraġġ li huma wrew quddiem il-periklu, ġuħ u attakki waqt it-Tieni Gwerra Dinija. Illum aħna wkoll nistgħu nkunu kuraġġużi, mhux billi niġġieldu, imma billi nagħżlu li nużaw il-ħin tagħna tajjeb, speċjalment b’anqas ħin fuq il-mobile, logħob u l-midja soċjali.

  • Aħseb kemm tqatta’ ħin fuq il-mobile, tablet u l-midja soċjali.
  • Ħares lejn l-istampi u ara x’tista’ tagħmel minflok.
  • Ikteb ismek fuq il-midalja u għid talba biex tkun kuraġġuż/a u tuża l-ħin tiegħek sew.
