Instructions

Physical exercise keeps your body and mind healthy by burning energy, lowering stress and making you self-confident. It also helps you to pray better because it improves your breathing, concentration, self-control and determination.

  • Warm-up: Walk, jog on the spot, do shoulder rows and knee lifts slowly. Breathe deeply while you thank God for being alive and healthy.
  • Main workout: Choose your favourite sports equipment or do push-ups, lunges, squats and other exercises. Ask God to be with you in your daily activities.
  • Cooling-down: Lie down on your sports mat or towel. Breathe deeply in and out. Do a bending and stretching exercise. Praise God for your wonderful body. Relax and feel safe in His hands.
