Level 5 students from Chiswick House School recently took part in a beautiful outdoor prayer space set in nature. Surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the gentle sounds of creation, the students were invited to pause, reflect, and notice God’s presence in the world around them. This peaceful experience encouraged gratitude and awareness.

One child prayed, “Thank you, God, for the trees and the sky that make me feel calm,” while another shared, “Help me take care of the earth you made.”

It was a meaningful moment where students learned to slow down, appreciate creation, and recognise God in everyday beauty.

During Lent, Level 3 students attended Holy Mass at school, followed by a reflective prayer space inspired by the movie Moana. Through this engaging experience, students explored themes of courage, trust, and choosing the right path. They reflected on their own journeys, with one student praying,

“Jesus, help me be brave when things are hard,” and another saying, “Guide me to make good choices.”

Feedback from the children showed how impactful the session was, with comments like,

“It helped me think about doing the right thing,” and “I want to trust God more.”

It was a thoughtful and inspiring Lenten experience.
