In this short video there was a bird. The bird flew out of the cage. What happened to it then? The boy tried to catch the bird, but it flew out of the window and was lost. Then in the second part, the boy put the bird back in the cage and locked it. Sometimes, it is not good to do whatever we would like to do. It is important that we obey those who take care of us. When we obey we feel happy.

We continuously hear about the right of freedom of speech, of expression, of religion and of choice and so on… but the real freedom is when we act positively. We are truly free when we do everything in the right way, with love. It is the will to be responsible and to live the present moment with joy, without hurting anyone.

Many people believe that freedom is the power or right to act, speak or think without restraint, that one is in control of his life. The true meaning of freedom is that one acts freely and responsibly with love. Freedom starts with an attitude of acceptance of our limitations and with tolerance, respect and acceptance of other people who are different from us not just in their culture but also in their experiences and opinions. Freedom gives us the liberty to love people without being bound by the chains of racism, stereotypes or prejudice .
