REFLECTION

Creation – One way that God reveals Himself to us is through creation and nature. Before God gave us His Son, He had already given us the earth. Before we were even created, God already had His plan for us in mind. He wanted to give us a gift and so he created the world. He made everything for us and then He made us for Himself.

BIBLE VERSE

Take a good look at God’s wonders – they’ll take your breath away. (Psalm 66:5)

ACTIVITY

Meditation on the Wonder of Creation

Close your eyes. Breathe in and breathe out. Come aware of the wonderful gift of light and water. See the wonders of the heavens and the beauty of the earth. Be grateful for the flowers and fruits and all kinds of plants, the moon, and the stars above. Swim with the fish and fly with the birds. Be amazed at the animals, insects, and trees.   Praise God who created them all. Breathe in and breathe out.

Dear God, thank you for the beauty of your creation.
