REFLECTION
God gave us the gift of life. We ought to use it appropriately and productively. The sooner you realize the preciousness of life, the better. Remember that once you wasted your time, you won’t be able to take it back. It is gone forever.

ACTIVITY
Look at all the time you spent on social media, watching TV or playing online games for so many hours.
Switch off your device for some time and do something worthy for someone instead.

PRAYER
Dear God, forgive me for all the time I wasted on social media.
