REFLECTION
The third Sunday of Advent is known as Gaudete Sunday. It is meant to remind us of the joy that the world experienced at the birth of Jesus, as well as the joy that the faithful seek in times of darkness.

ACTIVITY
Plan how you can bring joy to others for example by smiling at them, giving them a compliment, helping someone out or being kind online.

PRAYER
Lord, make me an instrument of peace and where there is sadness let me bring joy.
