REFLECTION   Forgiveness means that I continually am willing to forgive the other person. Forgiveness is liberating. I release the past and move on. REFLECTION   Fears and worries can paralyze us and lead us into many forms of foolish thinking and acting. Fear does great damage to a person’s ability to stay calm, remain focused and think clearly.
