Instructions

Sometimes, a message or a piece of advice can stay in our minds because it is important to us. When we are quiet and really listen, we become more attentive and understand things better. Hearing is a gift from God that helps us listen to the world and to others.

  • Find a quiet corner and sit down
  • Close your eyes and listen carefully to the sounds around you.
  • Open your eyes and write down the sounds you heard on the ear template.
  • Think about what message God might be sending through these sounds
