  • Take some clay in your hands and form a sad face.
  • Take some more clay and form a happy face.
  • Now look at the happy face, and think of the beautiful things inside you and be thankful.
  • Now look at the sad face and reflect about what is causing all this sadness. Just reflect.
  • In the end, move the sad face next to the happy face, tell your sad face that your happy face will help in times of sadness and suffering.
