One Million Children Praying the Rosary by ACN

Schools and groups may pray on the 7th October, Feast of our Lady of the Rosary and also choose to pray during the first week of October, according to their timetable and pastoral needs.

How can schools take part?

Schools may participate in a simple and flexible way:

• Pray one decade of the Rosary during assembly or class time.
• Organise a short prayer moment for peace.
• Invite classes to pray the Rosary together.
• Create a prayer corner dedicated to Mary and peace.
• Encourage children to pray at home with their families.
• Use child-friendly resources and visuals to help students understand the Rosary.

Whether children pray the whole Rosary or just one decade, every prayer is precious.

A prayer for peace

Through this initiative, children become little pilgrims of hope. They pray for their families, their schools, their country and the world. Together with Mary, Mother of Hope, they help send a wave of prayer around the world.
