ACTIVITY
Think of a person who has hurt you and express your hurt, sadness and anger by writing about this or drawing about it in your spiritual journal. Now offer these feelings to God and talk to him about them so that he will help you feel better. Also pray for this person, so that God will help him/her stop doing all these hurtful things to you and become a better person.
PRAYER
Dear God, help me forgive this person, so that all these horrible feelings will go away. Please help this person change into a better person. Amen
