REFLECTION

 

Believing in Yourself means having faith in your own capabilities and believing that you CAN do something within your abilities. When you believe in yourself, you overcome self-doubt, have the confidence to act and get things done. Believing in yourself and God as your source, you will understand that you are beautifully created in every way.

 

BIBLE VERSE

 

I can do all things through him who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)

 

 

PRAYER SPACE

 

Full Human Outline – Get a large sheet of paper. Lie down on the length paper and trace your outline with a permanent marker.

Write your name on your body sheet together with the following sentence: I believe in myself and in God as my source.

Add words showing what you CAN do when you believe in yourself.

 

PRAYER

 

Dear God, help me understand that what I am willing to acknowledge about myself, I am willing to acknowledge about others. Create in me a deep sense of connection between me and others. Give me courage to believe in myself and help me see myself the way You see me.
