ACTIVITY:

Encourage your family and friends to donate to help people who are suffering war, violence, injustice. Become less wasteful in your food and decrease the use of single use items.
 
PRAYER

Dear God, help us become aware how the way we live our lives have a big impact on the lives on others and on the environment. Not only in our country but also abroad. Amen
