REFLECTION

Volunteering Hands – Jesus once said that whatever we do to the least of our neighbours, we do to Him. If you really want to serve Jesus, the best way to start is by serving the needy.

BIBLE VERSE

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)

ACTIVITY

Volunteering offers vital help to people in need, worthwhile causes, and the community. Have you ever thought of doing voluntary work?
On a blank paper, draw the palm of your hand and on it write how and where you can offer your spare time to do voluntary work.
Around your hand write: Volunteering connects me to others, is good for my mind and body, brings fun and fulfilment to my life.

PRAYER

Dear God, here I am ready to use my talents to serve others and offer my time to do voluntary work. Remind me that it is only when I serve others, I am serving You.
