First Sunday of Advent – Light up the first candle. This represents hope. A long time ago, people were hoping for someone who would bring peace and love to the world. And on Christmas, Jesus was born, fulfilling that hope. Now each Advent, we remember that hope and get ready to celebrate the coming of Jesus.
