For many Year 11 students, the final months of secondary school bring a mix of emotions—anticipation, uncertainty, and excitement for what lies ahead.

The +MORE programme helps students navigate this transition with a deeper sense of purpose, exploring their future careers or studies and the spiritual dimension of life. Throughout the session, students engage in a structured yet reflective journey, beginning with +LOVE, which invites them to consider how love—both given and received—shapes their aspirations and relationships. Small group discussions encourage them to share personal insights, fostering a sense of belonging beyond the school gates.

The second session, +POWER, focused on each student’s potential. It is a call to recognise their strengths, resilience, and ability to shape their future with confidence. After a short break, students are guided into a moment of stillness and meditation, allowing them to pause amidst the noise of daily life and find inner clarity.

The final session, +YOU, centres on self-discovery and purpose, leading into a Prayer Spaces experience. This interactive time encouraged students to reflect on their journey and connect with life’s more profound questions.
