When tragic events and disasters happen, we sometimes feel sad or scared or even angry. It’s OK to feel like this.

  • Spend one minute thinking about what happened, the people involved, and how you feel.
  • Think about the people who helped, such as the emergency services, strangers, neighbours and friends.
  • Colour the flame of a candle as a sign of your thoughts or your prayers to God.

Fejn hi l-Imħabba?

Meta sseħħ xi traġedja jew xi diżastru, iħossuna mbeżża’, imdejqa jew anke rrabjati. Dan kollu huwa normali.

  • Qatta’ minuta fil-kwiet taħseb fuq dak li ġara, in-nies involuti u fuq kif tħossok.
  • Aħseb fuq dawk in-nies li għenu bħas-servizzi tal-emerġenza, nies li ma kienux jafu lil xulxin, ġirien u ħbieb.
  • Pinġi l-fjamma ta’ xemgħa waqt li qed taħseb jew titlob lil Alla fuq dan kollu.
