Prayer Spaces at St Francis Secondary School, Sliema – 2025

The SDS team set up and animate prayer spaces for year 7-10 students on Ash Wednesday to reconnect with God, themselves and others. Prayer activities varied from asking God pertinent questions, saying sorry and forgiving others. For the occasion a big cross was installed in front of which students could surrender their hurts and also pray for the healing of others. A newly adapted prayer activity especially for this event was called God’s Gift that helped students to intercede for a World in need of Jesus Christ as its Saviour. The National Literacy Agency supported this Prayer Space session.
