And maybe you forwarded the message to others. Or when you discussed a problem with someone and accepted the advice he gave you? When one knows to be silent, he is able to listen and thus strengthen his elements of being attentive, of his presence and of understanding that it is for his own good that sometimes he feels uncomfortable.
