Have you ever been working and got tired to the point that you cannot concentrate? Jesus invited the apostles to rest a bit. He teaches us that it is important to work but it is also important to rest.
\u27a2 Spread a carpet and lay it on with a cushion underneath your head for comfort, and try to spend a bit of time in silence. If a thought pops up let it go.
\u27a2 Try and stay for two minutes. You can also use a piece of two-minute music to keep track of time.
