It is called grief. It is easy to feel alone when you are grieving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, others may be grieving too\u2026maybe our family or friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Take a pasta shape. As you pass it through the string, think of someone whom you are missing. Think about people who are missing you.
