Opening and Context. 3 minutes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The teacher explains in simple language:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some families choose a \u201csaint of the year.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The saint becomes a guide and companion for the year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The person learns about the saint and asks for their prayers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Key message:<br>Saints help us grow closer to God and live better lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Short Reflection. 4 minutes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask students to reflect silently, then briefly share:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who do you admire and why?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What makes a person good or inspiring?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why is it helpful to have someone to guide you?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep responses short. No right or wrong answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Activity: Choosing a Saint. 7 minutes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Teacher prepares:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A bowl or box with the names of saints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One saint name per student.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pause for a short prayer to the Holy Spirit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each student receives one saint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students write the saint\u2019s name on a card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Optional support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Show a picture or say a simple fact about some saints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
