Jesus felt sad too. God understands our sadness. The Bible says, \u2018You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle.\u2019 \u2013 Psalm 56:8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Take an aqua bead and think about something that makes you sad.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drop the aqua bead representing your \u2018tear\u2019 into the big bottle.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you want to, you can write or draw your sad thing onto a big tear<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>drop and stick it onto the cross as a prayer.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Storytelling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">You can animate these stories that lead to this prayer
