\u2018Morna l-Ba\u0127ar\u2019<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On 23rd May 2025<\/strong>, Year 5 students at MRC College, St Paul\u2019s Bay Primary School took part in Morna l-Ba\u0127ar<\/em>, a special event aimed at educating them about the beauty of marine life and the threats it faces. The day was brought to life through a variety of engaging workshops animated by Profs Alan Deidun<\/strong> from the University of Malta<\/strong>, Sharklab<\/strong>, Nature Trust<\/strong>, Ekoskola<\/strong>, and Prayer Spaces<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside the scientific and environmental activities, the Prayer Space<\/strong> invited students to slow down and reflect on how to care for God\u2019s world. Through activities such as Happy World – Sad World<\/em> \ud83d\ude0a\ud83d\ude22, Pray for the World<\/em> \ud83c\udf0e, Appreciating Nature<\/em> \ud83c\udf33, Relaxing Water<\/em>\ud83d\udca7, Saving Life<\/em> \ud83d\udd4a\ufe0f, Cardboard Home<\/em> \ud83c\udfe0, Refugee Backpack<\/em> \ud83c\udf92, and God\u2019s Desire for the World<\/em>, students prayed for the homeless, for the protection of the environment, for saving sea life from plastic, and for a peaceful world as God wishes it to be. Many shared how the experience made them feel closer to nature, more determined to recycle, and more aware of God\u2019s love for creation and the people in the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
